Positive: The Mountainside Resort easily met all our needs. We were in town for a wedding at the Von Trapp Lodge and it was only a 5 minute drive, maybe less. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed - linens, towels, kitchenware (although we didn't cook). There were plenty of instructions ahead of time - the hosts communicated very well with us and got back to us right away if I had a question. I highly recommend.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. All good!

Positive: The hot tub was amazing. Mechanical beds were very comfortable.
Negative: Had a few broken shades and ladybugs where in a few of the rooms.dishes where still dirty in cupboard

Positive: The location is great--a small grocery store is a 4 minute drive, and Alchemist brewery is within walking distance.
Negative: The look of the condo is very old, however the beds are very comfortable and everything is there that you would need for a short ski vacation. A downside is that parking is not available right in front of the condo, however there are other lots within 50-100 yards that are available for parking. There is a designated area right in front of the condo that has 15 min parking available for pick up and drop off.

Positive: Location was nice. Apartment was kept nice and warm
Negative: They did not have parking near by. Had to either walk up a hill or down a hill in snow and ice to get to parking areas. We found out on the last day that the water is NOT POTABLE. DO NOT drink the water there. We didnt find this information- it was a laminated paper stuck in the bookcase by the kitchen.
Summary: They did not tell us about the lack of parking and the bad water

Positive: Location was good. View from apartment great
Negative: Apartment is dated & seems unloved. Cleanliness needs to be improved- bins not emptied / some of dishes & cutlery sticky. Issue with drinking water - I only knew about this in advance through other reviews we weren’t told by facility management. Second bedroom small - you had to climb on bed to close window blind. No instructions as to how to operate gas fire / DVD / location of swimming pool.
